Each physical dumpster in the operating fleet counts once, whether it is at a yard, on a job, being transported, or temporarily under repair. Permanently sold or retired containers do not count toward the allowance; their history should remain available.
No. A physical container counts as one container regardless of its cubic-yard capacity.
