DumpTracker is software that dumpster rental companies use to schedule deliveries, place dumpsters, and keep customers and drivers updated. DumpTracker is operated by Dustin McCaffree. By using DumpTracker, you agree to these terms.

Who uses DumpTracker

Rental companies sign up for DumpTracker and add their office staff, drivers, and customers. Customers and drivers use DumpTracker to see their jobs and get updates. The rental company is responsible for the rentals themselves: prices, schedules, and the dumpsters.

Text message updates

Rental companies use DumpTracker to send text messages about jobs. Each company sends from its own phone number.

  • What you get: delivery and service times, driver on-the-way and arrival notices, completed service, placement and site access updates, replies to your requests, and messages about your job. Drivers get stop assignments and changes.
  • How you sign up: you turn on texts in your notification settings, or you tell the rental company that you agree to get texts and they record it. Texts are never a condition of renting a dumpster.
  • How often: message frequency varies with your jobs, usually a few texts for each delivery or service visit.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. DumpTracker and the rental company do not charge you for texts.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any text. You get one text that confirms it, and then no more texts from that company. Reply START to turn texts back on. You can also turn texts off in your notification settings.
  • For help: reply HELP to any text, or email support@dumptracker.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your phone number only to send the texts you agreed to. See the privacy policy.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us at support@dumptracker.com if you think someone else used your account. Rental companies control who has access to their workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use DumpTracker to send spam, to message people who did not agree to it, or to break the law. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DumpTracker running, but we do not promise it is always available or free of errors. We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page.
