The whole day on one screen.

Every driver's day on a time line. Every can, where it sits. Every request that needs a yes or no. You open Today and you know what's going on before the first truck leaves the yard.

You shouldn't need three apps and a whiteboard to know where your cans are.

The way it runs now

  • The schedule lives in a spreadsheet, the whiteboard, and your head.
  • Customers call your cell to ask for a swap, and you write it on whatever's close.
  • You find out a driver got blocked when he calls you from the curb.
  • Nobody can tell you how many 20s are in the yard without walking out there.

With DumpTracker

  • Today shows every driver's stops on a time axis, with the unassigned work under it.
  • Swap and pickup requests land in one list with the project already attached.
  • Blocked spots and late stops show up red in Needs a decision.
  • The Containers panel counts what's available, on site, and in transit.

What you see when you open it

Today is the first screen for the owner and the dispatcher. Everything on it comes from what drivers tap and customers send.

A lane for every driver

Each driver gets a row. Each stop is a block on the time axis, colored by service: green for deliveries, amber for pickups, teal for swaps, blue for dump and return. A red line shows where the day is right now.

  • The truck each driver has today shows under their name.
  • A 20-yard can on a 15-yard truck gets flagged before anyone rolls out.
  • Work nobody has yet sits in an Unassigned lane, so it doesn't get lost.

The calls you have to make

Needs a decision is a short list of what's waiting on you: a blocked spot, a request with no date, a placement the customer moved, a stop with no driver. Each row has the button that fixes it.

  • Review a blocked spot.
  • Schedule a request.
  • Assign a driver.
  • Approve a new placement.

Your fleet, counted

Containers shows the whole fleet as one bar: available in the yard, assigned to a job, on site, in transit, and out of service. It updates as drivers complete stops.

Requests come to you, already filled out

When a customer asks for a swap or a pickup from their project link, it shows up in Requests with the project, the can, and their note. Accept and schedule, or approve the time they asked for.

Questions operators ask

Is this a dispatch board or a scheduling calendar?

It's a dispatch board. Today shows a lane per driver on a time axis, and the Dispatch schedule page lets you assign drivers, set windows, and order each driver's stops by hand.

Does it optimize routes?

No. You set the stop order yourself with up and down arrows. Most owners already know the best order better than software does. Drivers open each address in Google or Apple Maps.

Can more than one person work dispatch?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited staff. Roles are Owner, Admin, and Dispatcher. There are no per-user fees.

Can I run more than one yard?

Yes. Core covers one yard, Pro covers three, and Elite covers ten. Each yard has its own address and timezone, and you switch yards from the sidebar.
