What we collect

• Names, email addresses, and phone numbers that you or a rental company enter.
• Job details: addresses, placement photos and notes, schedules, and messages.
• Driver locations only while a driver uses the app for a job.
• Your notification choices, including when you agreed to texts or opted out.
• Basic technical logs, such as sign-in times, to keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service for the rental company: to schedule and complete jobs, and to send the email, text, and in-app updates that you chose.

Phone numbers and text messages

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the phone carriers and our text message provider as needed to deliver the texts you asked for.

Business details for text registration

US phone carriers require every business that texts from a local number to register (this is called 10DLC). When a rental company turns on texts, it gives us its legal name, EIN, address, and a contact person. We send these details only to our text provider and to The Campaign Registry, which the carriers use to verify the business. We do not use them for anything else, and in DumpTracker only the owners and admins of that company can see them.

Who can see your information

The rental company you work with can see the information for its own jobs. We use service providers to host the app and to send email and texts. They use the information only to provide those services to us.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information while the rental company uses DumpTracker. To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, email support@dumptracker.com.
